[Outline]
Intel HEX format adjuster (h2hs) does not output object data correctly,
when you specify that the parameter of the -len option is 128.
The -len is a option that specifies the number of bytes of data to be
        output into a record.

[Detail]
Intel HEX format adjuster does not output object data correctly, when
        the following specification is performed.

        h2hs sample.hex -ran 0x00,0xFF -len 128

[Workaround]
In order to avoid this problem, there are two kinds of following
        methods.
          - Please use Intel HEX Format adjuster without specifying the -len
            option.
          - When you specify the -len option, please specify smaller than 128
            (16/32/64).
